Leaf Chair

Cette chaise a été réalisé pour une compétition de design à Auckland (NZ). Elle a obtenue le deuxième prix. La structure est en métal. Elle est recouverte d'un tissus élastique (lycra et nylon) qui permet d'épouser les formes du corps. Le corps est suspendu (comme dans un hammac), maintenu, et en total relaxation. Cette chaise convient aussi bien a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
This chair has been designed for a Sun lounger competition in Auckland (NZ) - 2nd price. The fabric (nylon and lycra) is shaped to stretch around the frame, creating organic flowing forms and playing with elements of tension and elasticity. The lounger is designed to offer different ways of sitting or lying down. It offers you a space you can play with and invest in your own way. The sentation of reclining into this chair is intended to be similar to lying in a hammock. Your body floats within the structure in total relaxation. The water proof fabric allows the chair to be used outside the house. The chair would be also find its place inside the house, to relax in front of a movie.
